Job Description

1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire my prestigious client are recruiting for an 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. My client is a global operator and would be happy to consider an experienced 1st liner ready to step into a 1st and 2nd line role. This role offers 2 day remote/3 days site based working and involves travel so requires full driving and car (all travel expenses are fully paid).
You must have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good analytical and organisational skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
* Good working knowledge MS Teams.
* Working knowledge of Wi-Fi in a commercial environment.
* Flexible approach with working hours outside the norm.
* Experience of network security.
Role involves:
* Provide 1st/2nd line support for end users.
* To assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
* Day to day administration of the networks hardware, software, infrastructure and end users.
* To provide remote monitoring and on site system support.
* To assist with IT Network and Systems issues.
* To support the EPOS, ticketing and telephone system applications.
* To monitor IT security and support the administration functions.
* To support a number of IT projects, upgrade and change programmes.
* Management of Spam/Anti-virus systems.
