Job Description
Our client is seeking a1st Line Support & testing analyst to join their team based in Snetterton, Norfolk.
They are seeking an experienced 1st line IT support Analyst.
What the Role includes:
• 1st line of support for telephone support calls (including logging supporting evidence, resolving where experience allows or allocating to another team member where necessary)
• Management of support calls/emails to ensure they are seen through to resolution by an appropriate team member
• Communicating with customers to update on support call progress.
• Provide assistance to clients in the use of FAM and related IT and hardware issues (printers, Remote Desktop etc)
• Twice daily review and management of in-house designed early warning support tools
• Testing of bug fixes, new modules and features
Skills needed:
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of office 365
• Good time management – need to deal with customer support calls at same time as reviewing/managing in-house early warning systems.
• Ability to cope with multiple open client support requests at any one time
• Self-motivated to learn and develop skills.
• Desire to develop Coding / database experience would be beneficial
• Methodical testing
• Good analytic skills
