2nd Line Support Engineer required by an innovative construction company, based near London Bridge, paying 35K.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the company's first hands-on IT Support Engineer, supporting the organisation as it is about to expand rapidly. You will be working in a dynamic environment, mainly in the head office but with the occasional visit to their central London sites. This is a fully on-site role, reporting to the Head of IT, supporting around 400 users.

What you will do:

Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd Line Support, working with outsourced service and on-site Head of IT
Manage ticketing system
Escalating tickets to third party delivery service
Set up devices and IT equipment for new users
Assisting with the Infrastructure team on tasks around office
Assist project planning and delivery
Travelling to sites for routine visits

What you will need:

Strong working experience with Windows 10 & 11
Android and Mobile Device Management, particularly Intune
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange & SharePoint
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Basic networking knowledge: firewalls, switches, routers
Document management skills
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Desire to learn, grow and work in a dynamic environment
