Job Description

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer for a Managed Service Provider based in Witney, Oxfordshire?

Main Duties of the Role

* Provide onsite, remote and telephone support

* Project management and implementation

* Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate

* Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLA’s

Your Skills and Experience

* Windows Server

* Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune

* Microsoft Exchange

* Hyper-V

* Networking

* Full driving licence

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Certifications desirable

Salary

* £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience
