2nd Line Technical Support Engineer
£25,000 – 35,000 / annum
In this role you would be working in a multinational utilities business as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer. This is a permanent position where you will be providing 2nd line technical support in relation to telecommunications, desktop, infrastructure, desktop, 365 and more. Working as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer with this organisation you would be working on a hybrid basis, where you would have the opportunity to work at home and in the office. This opportunity is located in the Newcastle office. The role as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer is looking to pay in the region of £25,000 – £35,000 / annum.
Your new role:
In your new role you will be expected to ensure that requests for assistance are properly logged and responded too in a timely manner
You will be responsible for providing tangible service improvements and technical process reviews
You will be responsible for providing onsite EUC technical support to service users
As a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer, you will be contributing to the assessment of business and service requirements and the design of IT Services
Within this role you will provide initial diagnostics and support of Microsoft 365, Cloud Issues, Citrix and Virtual Platform issuesAbout you:
You will have prior experience working in a 2nd Line Technical role
You will have good knowledge of ITIL
You will have working knowledge on VPN, Citrix and MVD
