Internal Account Executive
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Executive to join our client based in Kentish Town.
The successful Internal Account Executive will be responsible for:
Planning, prioritising and checking sales orders ensuring the details are accurately transferred into the order management system.
Gaining an understanding of customer needs and requirements.
The overall execution of transactions, from initiation to completion.
Ensuring administrative policies and procedures are adhered to
Communicating, liaising, and negotiating to ensure customer orders are implemented correctly with 100% accuracy.
Providing a high standard of customer service
The Internal Account Executive will have:
Previous experience in either account management / customer service / sales admin
Ability to see all tasks through to completion.
A high level of numeracy
Ability to meet and exceed clients expectations.
Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
Ability to work well under pressure
