If you decide this Account Manager position is the role for you then you’ll be joining the UK’s largest group of conveyancers, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one with innovation, at the heart of its values. As part of that innovation, you will be instrumental in managing the relationship with the Purplebricks team, finding areas where that relationship can be improved and pushing the Simplify customer service level to new heights.
You’ll work with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, with the overall aim of optimising the performance of the account and championing the benefits of working with Simplify.
You’ll also be comfortable problem solving and occasionally objection handling as you will take an active role as a point of escalation to resolve any individual issues which might arise.
Finally as Account Manager, you’ll monitor, review, and share customer satisfaction feedback to demonstrate that we listen and make the necessary adjustments in our processes to maximise our level or relationship and trust with all stakeholders.

We do need a couple of bits from you though…
It goes without saying that the biggest element of this role is communication, and you’ll need to be able to communicate with the best of them! Both from a written and verbal standpoint. You’ll be a great listener and problem solver and you’ll also have to have a general understanding of the conveyancing process.
Due to the nature of conversations in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working with numbers; calculating VAT and price discounts will be second nature to you once you’re up and running. Finally, you’ll have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages and be able to work out of our Leicester office with the ability to travel if necessary.
