We are recruiting an Account Manager for our award-winning Swindon-based clients. Offering up to £35,000 p/a with extensive benefits, this role is ideal for a pro-active eCommerce professional with experience in an eCommerce or agency environment.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for…
Managing & maintaining existing client relationships, with a focus on developing high-performing eCommerce strategies.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients.
Building and sustaining strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side managers and maintaining frequent contact with any other third-party agencies used by each customer.
Ensuring the meeting and exceeding of customer’s ROI and service expectations to maximise revenue.
Ensuring key performance indicators are in place across all campaigns.
Ensuring customer reporting is completed to a high and accurate standard.
Using reporting data to proactively discuss strategy changes and to respond to market developments.
