Career Level Manager
Off the back of continued success, my client is looking to add six new Account Managers to a brand new team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for identifying, winning and developing a large customer account base in the reseller space. No experience is necessary, full training will be provided – you just need the passion for selling!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
– Managing your own performance against target. This includes call output, margins,
key meetings and revenue generated.
– Building relationships with key decision-makers within the account base.
– Knowing your space, whether that be services, products, competitors or trends.
– Building a great internal brand within the business – Sales, Credit Control, Warehouse,
– To bring energy to the role and to always be a positive influence.
– Record and track all data and metrics on the internal systems.
– Presenting to customers, stakeholders and internally.
– Curious: You will ask questions to truly understand the potential needs.
– Resilient: Prepared to keep going, even after rejection.
– Positive: Your team and customers want to work with you.
– Solution Focussed: You are obsessed with customer experience.
