My client is searching for an Admin / Post room Assistant to join their Harrow, London offices.
My client is one of the leading firms in the country for Claimant work against major lenders and corporations. They have aspirations to grow significantly and are entering a sustained period of expansion. The role represents the opportunity to join a business at its expansion point.
• Scanning incoming Post
• Updating database
• Photocopying documents
• Obtaining information from the computer
• Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
• Printing and packing outgoing post
Knowledge Skills & Experience:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good time management.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects.
• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
