A leading law firm, who are committed to the development of their employees are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their office in London.

The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage a range of administrative and file management operations as requested by Lawyers, Legal Assistants and other support functions both under the direct supervision of the Legal Support Manager and working independently. Duties to include:

File opening/closing
Archive management
General administrative requests e.g. photocopying, scanning, filing
Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports
Audio dictation
Managing and processing expenses
Assisting in the billing process
Prioritising workloads ensuring deadlines are metThis is a permanent, full time role, working Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm

Requirements

CILEx Secretarial Qualification
Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minuteVacancy highlights
