Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Business Development Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an office based role in Barcelona and all applicants must live a commutable distance form this city.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Liaise with senior managers to handle requests and queries
• Other duties involves cold-calling and excelling in a sales team that is results orientated
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience as an Busienss Development Manager & Office Mananger
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree; additional qualification as a Business Development Manager or Office Manager will be a plus
• Driving license is essential.
