Job Title: Appointment Setter
Hours of Work- 8.30am – 5.00pm

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful provider of Business Telecoms & Services company who are looking for an Outbound Sales Executive.

You will be responsible for making outbounds calls to both new and existing customers to qualify leads for the sales specialists.
The Right role:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for the sales teams
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment and pipeline targets
• Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner
• Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish a positive rapport
• Ensure all information is captured correctly and accurately for each conversation
• The Right Fit:
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Comfortable in working towards targets and KPI's
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in outbound sales in a call centre environment is desirable
• Telecom’s knowledge would be preferred but isn't essential
