Job Description
Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an Area Sales Manager for the South East area to deliver growth and profitable sales, targeting kitchen retailers and showrooms whilst maintaining and developing the existing account base.
This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary for the right candidate.
Your duties will include:
* Delivering financial growth targets in line with company forecast
* Achieving sales targets for both new and current customers
* Preparing monthly information for 1-2-1s with the Sales Director, detailing success areas and opportunities for improvement and development
* Forward planning all customer visits and detail them on the CRM system
* Ensuring all customer interaction is recorded and managed through the CRM system on a daily basis
* Building relationships with customers, ensuring the retention and development of business, by providing the highest level of service
* Analysing reports on your customers’ product sales and trends
* Managing display product placement and the verification of product displays among your customer base
* Negotiating rebate schemes with customers
* Attending Sales meetings, new product launch programmes and exhibitions as required
Candidate specification:
* Experience of business-to-business selling in component the kitchen sector of the KBB industry
* Extensive KBB Industry knowledge and experience covering products and markets
* Proven experience of excellent sales and negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of the commercial marketplace and ability to analyse trends to formulate strategies, tenders and negotiation techniques to win new business
* Ability to influence, motivate and manage existing client relationships
You will be supplied with:

Benefits:
* Salary £35,000
* OTE of approximately £50,000 including monthly commission and end of year bonus (based on £10K commission and a fixed bonus of £5K)
* Mon to Fri
* 20 days + bank holidays (it does work out as more holidays as we shutdown for Christmas each year but the number of extra days varies depending on how Christmas falls)
* The car is an Audi or a Mercedes
* NEST workplace pension scheme
