Top 100 law firm in London is seeking a talented Regulatory/Gambling Associate Solicitor to work on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Based in London with the opportunity to work at one of the firm’s other offices on a hybrid basis, this is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3 + years’ PQE to join an established firm. Utilising your skills and expertise, you will handle a varied caseload and advise businesses on a number of gambling and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Handling a wide caseload of gambling and regulatory matters

Advising businesses

Advising on the Gambling Act 2005, and the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice

Anti-money laundering

Compliance audits and checks

Preparing legal documents to include compliance letters

Acting for the government, local authorities and other regulators

The Candidate

Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE

Technical proficiency in gambling and regulatory law

Able to build and maintain client relationships

Having an existing following would be an advantage
