We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Showroom Sales Consultant to work at our largest depot in New Southgate.

The successful candidate will be greeting and serving customers in the newly refurbished showroom, using internal systems to help with quotes/sales and general enquiries within the bathroom sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

·Greet customers when they walk into the showroom.

·Answer telephone calls.

·Quote customers in person and via emails.

·Generate sales.

·Keep record of lost quotes for future reference.

·Take payments via cash, card and online payments.

·Ordering brochures and keep update with prices/promotions.

·Contacting suppliers to chase orders and checking stock.

·Keep records of sales and purchase orders.

·Pricing displays in showroom and promoting special offers.

·Ordering stock.

·Checking orders and preparing customer deliveries and collections.

·Generate repeat sales and bring in new clients.

·Follow health and safety procedures.

·Keep up to date with training courses.

·Utilise the data provided to improve sales and customer experience.

·General housekeeping of the showrooms to maintain high standards and customer safety.

Person Specification:

·2 Years’ experience of bathroom sales/product knowledge

·Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

·IT knowledgeable (Using our internal system Kerridge, Emails, Microsoft office and suppliers portals.

·Attention to detail

·Has the drive to learn and improve the business

·Ability to work individually and as part of a team
