The Company

Our client is a leading lighting / electrical wholesaler with branches throughout the UK. Selling a wide range of lighting and electrical products from a range of world-class manufacturers. They are now looking for recruit a Branch Manager to run the branch based in Fareham in Hampshire.

The Role:

* To manage, motivate and develop your team to achieve success.

* To deliver the required sales, margin, and profit performance for the company

* To develop specific local initiatives that drive the sales and margin performance and to support the company initiatives and promotions.

* To improve standards, ensuring that you have the right stock at the right time to service your customer base.

The Person:

* Experience of commercially managing a branch within the lighting/electrical sector is essential.

* Specific lighting & electrical product experience is needed.

* Strong people management skills are essential, with experience of managing teams.

* Strong people and relationship building skills.

* Must be financially and commercially astute, with strong analytical skills.
