Job Description

Homebased Remote working: An exciting opportunity for a senior Business Development Executive with knowledge and experience of the NHS Healthcare market to join a well established successful and growing IT company.
As Business Development Executive you will have a direct impact on orders, revenue and profitability of the company and will be responsible for generating a high-level pipeline and creating long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
Key criteria for the Business Development Executive:
* The NHS current market client base, including an overview of an understanding of the current market structure, Department of Health policy drivers, current issues and national targets and the business issues facing health organisations
* An understanding of relevant local strategic initiatives and future operational plans of organisations within the healthcare market
* An appreciation and understanding of administrative and clinical working processes employed within the NHS and Private sectors
* A minimum of five years’ experience within the market sector
* Experience working within a business development role, ideally in a senior role within other organisations
* Advanced selling skills
* Sales closing skills
* Consistent use of CRM technology/solutions
* Full UK Driving Licence required
Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
* Direct and Indirect sales of company solutions, services and related third party products
* Build strategic relationships with key accounts and future opportunities
* Promote the company to partners and pro-actively work with partners sales teams to generate demand
* Provide pipeline and sales forecasts and utilise CRM for tracking of all Leads and opportunities
* Provide management reports as necessary
* Achieve sales quota
* Ensure contracts and purchase orders are completed and received in a timely manner
* Deputise for the Head of Sales as required and undertake specific assigned project activities
