Job Title: Business Development Manager – Security

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands – Free Parking

Salary: Basic £40,000 – £50,000, Commission £10,000 uncapped + Car Allowance

Job Description for Business Development Manager:

Our client offers a range of security services to businesses helping to protect their industrial premises. They are a well established organisation and looking to add to their team. This is a great opportunity to utilise your Business Development experience within this field and make a real impact on the company and your earnings.

The role is a new business development sales role. You will be generating your own leads over the phone, visiting potential clients and managing the full sales cycle.

The position is office based with some working from home as well as time spent visiting potential clients. You will initially cover the West Midlands moving to a wider area as sales increase.

Experience & Skills for this role:

* Candidates must have Business Development experience (both cold calling and face to face sales experience) within the security sector, ideally manned guarding or CCTV on industrial sites.

* A full driving licence.

* Preferably an SIA License

* Disciplined in managing your own time

* Strong communication skills
