Business Development Manager – Facilities Management Services

We're looking for a candidate with an understanding of facilities management or contract sales, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should have experience working with corporate clients.

The Candidate:

You will ideally have experience at head office level negotiation and high value contracts, but those with KAM role backgrounds will also be considered. You will ideally have experience of writing and delivering bids and tenders.

The Package:

£40,000 – £55,000 basic

£70,000 OTE
