Annual performance bonusThe Role: The new Business Development Manager will be selling into any premises in the Midlands region with a chef and commercial kitchen, such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, leisure, healthcare and the education sector. This role is focussed on a split of account management and new business – it will see you speaking to chefs, catering managers and business owners. For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
A passion for food
You must have experience of external foodservice sales, food distribution OR be a chef looking for a career in sales

£38,000 – £42,000 Base Salary
10% bonus annually
