Job Description
We are retained by our client, a well-established business that designs supplies and installs bespoke solutions for a widespread market including housebuilder, events, leisure and the public sector. The role is available due to a fantastic trading year and investment into upgraded service offerings to support the company growth plan.
A key priority for our client is sustainability and they work with their customers to achieve this by offering a number sustainable alternatives and initiatives.
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Strategic business development and account management of regional businesses across a number of sectors
* This is a high-level business acquisition role where you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
* Collaborating with developers, creative agencies, corporate clients, and more!
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
* Proven track of record of managing own area and sales pipeline to achieve required targets
* An engaging personality, 1st class questioning and listening skills
* Able to attend a x1 weekly face to face sales/team meeting
• £55K Basic
• £70-75k OTE Paid quarterly with rollover (uncapped)
• Referral Scheme
• BMW company car or car allowance £450p/m
Location: Ideally live near Aldershot but can consider people from Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Southampton, Portsmouth, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Luton, Swindon, Salisbury
