This company is offering a unique opportunity to work part hybrid (4 days on the road and one day in the office) covering, Croydon, Brighton, Gatwick and Crawley geographical areas as a field sales BDM Business Development Manager.
After the pandemic there has been a surge in interest for their services and you would be working as an ambassador representing the company, acting on these leads, maintaining existing client relationships and also generating a new business pipeline.
This role will be very interesting and diverse, as you will be dealing with all levels, from local authorities, insolvency practices, NHS and even Lords/Ladies of manor houses.
As a BDM Business Development Manager you will be responsible to support the overall business development and marketing of the company by helping to create and execute strategic and tactical B2B business development and marketing activities.
If you have a B2B service industry background with a "hunter" consultative role and a genuine interest in property we would love to hear from you. (however previous property experience is not essential as full training will be given).
PLEASE NOTE – This is not a typical lettings agent role but an alternative security housing solution sales role.
The role will involve visiting the owners of empty buildings offering them a range of securtity solutions to their empty properties, if you have a background in security sales then this would be an added bonus but not essential.
