Job Description

Business relationship Manager – UK Wide – high growth green energy business-

Salary Circa £50K + Car + realistic OTE £100k+

Our client is one of the leading operators in the green energy/ carbon reduction sector, managing the delivery of energy efficiency solutions on behalf of the major energy companies to reduce carbon in the home across the whole of the UK.

Utilising several installer partners to ensure high quality delivery of the solutions, this role will manage the relationships between the business and the installers, ensuring that they meet the defined standards and supporting them to develop and build their capacity and capabilities.

This role is a multi-faceted commercial relationship role and will include identifying new installer partners, onboarding new installer partners and managing the performance of the existing supply chain including development


* Managing the installer supply chain in line with agreed business and financial objectives.

* Ensuring relationships between the business & the Installer Network are managed in an effective, and positive way, keeping the installer network delivering to agreed standards and time frames

* Assisting the Team with the onboarding of new Installers by supporting Installers with the submission of required documentation in order to comply with onboarding processes and necessary standards required

* Identifying potential gaps in the supply chain and proactively sourcing/ developing installers.

* Supporting the Team and Installers with submissions.

* Identification and acquisition of new installation companies and converting them in to trusted delivery partners

* Supporting Installers with their contracted delivery numbers within each quarter.

* Working alongside the Management Team to ensure that Utility delivery contracts are met to agreed SLA’s

* Promoting the Brand; arranging Installer visits to head office as well as site visits to support the Installer Network additional support.

* Provide regular reporting on supplier performance, addressing any performance/ compliance issues in positive supportive manner and highlighting specific gaps/ areas of concern and recommendation of any actions required

Person specification

* Degree calibre individual who is driven by achieving successful outcomes

* Commercially astute relationship manager with excellent communication and influencing skills

* Proven track record of delivery in a fast paced dynamic environment, working to defined targets and objectives

* Ability to build relationships and work closely with businesses at SME, and corporate level working with management team and business owners in a collaborative and positive way to achieve desired outcomes

* Experience working with subcontractors/ installers in the construction/ building maintenance sector would be a distinct advantage.

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills

* The ability to identify and solve issues as they arise to ensure continuity of delivery whilst maintaining strong working relationships
