Our clients are a commercial Gas Installations company and due to growth within the business they are now looking to recruit a Commercial Operations Manager to oversee the commercial gas operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the required standards, time, and cost. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and site staff ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, and agreements are fully delivered.

Additionally, you will be responsible for all CDM related matters within the contracts, this includes H&S, design, drawings, RAMS, COSHH etc.

Requirements of the Role:

* Ability to manage a wide range of projects.

* Dedicating to maintaining the highest quality standards

* Proven leadership skills including management.

* Ability to work on your own initiative.

* Excellent communication skills, with an organised and methodical approach to the completion of projects

* Commercially aware, with a good grasp of operating under different contract conditions

* Skills to develop and motivate others.

* Confident to liaise with clients in contract meetings.

It is essential that all applicants hold a commercial gas ACS certification, additional Health and Safety (IOSH, NEBOSH and SMSTS) certifications would be advantageous.
