Commercial Litigation Solicitor – This large, Central London practice with a fantastic reputation in London has asked us to find them a further Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team.

About the Role
Due to continued success, this highly regarded Litigation team are now looking for a Solicitor with between 2-5 years’ experience to take on a busy and high-quality caseload. You will need significant experience in advising on a range of business dispute areas including:
– Sales of goods and services
– Business ownership, management and investment
– Debt recovery
– Breach of contract
– Partnerships
– Intellectual Property disputes including trademark disputes, passing off, copyright infringement etc

Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with 2-5 years relevant experience and a solid track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. You will need to be able to work well with other department to increase cross referral instructions and have a willingness to invest in and oversee junior members of the team.
