The Client:

Our client are an award winning law firm and are now looking for a conveyancer to join their team.

The Role:

As a Conveyancer you will help to continue the firm’s reputation as a superb conveyancing team offering excellent client service and making a positive contribution to the team’s success.

Duties:

Deal with an interesting and varied range of Conveyancing work
Building rapport with clients and with local estate agents
Supporting excellent team spirit within the department
Maintaining high professional standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of various types of conveyancing client work
The ability to remain calm, polite, and focused when dealing with different situations
Good communication skills both verbal and written
The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all employees
The ability to make sound decisions, taking ownership when required.
To present in a professional manner
To have good IT skills including Microsoft packages.
