Job Description
Job Role: Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Location: Hartlepool
Firm: A firm that provides high-quality legal services, for both private and business matters.
Role Details:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client, a very well-established firm, that provides high-quality legal services, for both private and business matters.
In this role, you will assist the conveyancing department with all conveyancing matters. The position will enable the successful candidate to develop their knowledge and experience, whilst being supported in a friendly team.
Role Requirements
* Expert knowledge of conveyancing, SDLT and the completion process.
* Good knowledge of conveyancing matters including both residential and commercial property.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Fast and accurate audio typing skills.
* Demonstrate excellent client care.
* Excellent customer service and communication on the phone and in person
