Corporate Support
Sunderland
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £20K – £25K

You will be managing their customers’ mobile numbers with a view to adding new connections, upgrading their numbers, and fulfilling their hardware requirements. You will provide full support to their customers and their internal Account Management and Acquisition teams. Within the Corporate Support role you will also help with the project management of the implemention and inlife support of these systems.
 
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Executing the mobile aspect of the job summary using a mixture of online portals, emails, and telephone.
Recording all activities within their CRM systems.
Process new number connections and customer upgrades via their Suppliers portals and record the information within our CRM.
Process Hardware requests via supplier portals and email.
Record the serial numbers and delivery details in our CRM.
Process customer queries via their CRM using suppliers’ portals, telephone, and Email to resolve the issues.
Assist their Business Telephone Sales Support members in their execution of their roles.
Play a key role in the development and ongoing success of the Corporate Support team. 
Person Specification:

Flexible, hardworking attitude
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and listening skills
Self-starter, able to motivate self without someone on your shoulder
Must not be afraid to use the phone when needed
Team player, whilst also ability to operate independently, making commercial business decisions as needed
Experience within an Admin role would be advantageous
