This role will include transactional, advisory and structuring work across all disciplines of the firm. This will include public and private M&A transactions, direct taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duties, corporate finance, leasing, asset finance & tax disputes work.

This role would suit a Corporate Tax Associate who is looking to represent a highly established firm that offers industry leading services. This person will also be looking to progress their career and receive tailored training to develop them.

THE ROLE
* Public and private M&A transactions
* Advising on main direct taxes, VAT, SDLT and stamp duties
* Working on corporate finance, leasing, asset finance & tax disputes work
