Customer Success Manager
Leicester (Office Based / Hybrid a possibility once established)
£30k to £40k + Bonus

The Opportunity
A thriving SME learning and development enabler, both online and offline is entering a growth phase and are seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Manager to operate within a Key Account Management capacity that offers significant autonomy and commercial scope.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the relationship management from onboarding through to account growth, servicing the needs of a nationwide portfolio of a growing customer base who engage with the company’s e-learning platforms and/or their classroom site-based training courses (largely leadership and management). Your typical customer will be SME to large businesses in staff numbers but who have limited HR / L&D presence but outsource their commitment to training, developing, and gaining the best value from their prized assets through the range of value adding courses this company provides and specialise in.
Working to agreed frameworks, you’ll be tasked with growing each accounts’ net spend whilst providing a first-class service to their L&D requirements and enabling those needs

The Candidate
We are seeking to draw interest from established Account Managers / Customer Success Managers, ideally within the training sector but with digital / software / Saas businesses is of interest too. Both would be fantastic, either or is also very much of interest. You’ll be a team player that thrives within a smaller business environment that’s hands on and 360. B2B experience is essential as is the ability to communicate internally and externally, especially with customers who are less tech savvy than you.
My client is extremely customer focused on the value-added benefit and like to work face to Face with key clients. The ability to travel occasionally once or twice a month to customers nationally is a must as is a similar mindset to customer values.

The Benefits
Salary to £40k pending level of experience with Saas / Training businesses. 36 days holiday including bank hols, Pension scheme, free parking. Bonus scheme to be confirmed, this will be in place at the time of offer of employment to form part of the contract
