A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative Fire and Security Companies, with over 30 years’ experience within the industry. My client is looking for an experienced, customer focused DRS Supervisor to join the team to supervise the fast track turnaround of quotations arising from service engineer visit reports.

Main Responsibilities

* The role is both customer service and commercial and covers all product disciplines. The primary objective of the role is to provide customers with rapid follow-up wherever quotation requirements are raised through engineer dockets

* Effective leadership of the DRS team

* Provision of service and minor works quotations from engineer dockets – all aspects of associated works to be identified – including access equipment, plant hire, RAMS, permits to work etc

* Clarification of service action requirements via field engineers and establishment of better engineer reporting

* Highlighting engineer improvement opportunities (technical and commercial) through the RSM/ DRS Manager structure

* Coordination of DRS quotation follow-up action

* Managing/minimising quotation backlog

* Maximising quotation conversion

* Identifying sale price changes

The post holder will be responsible for driving the core DRS KPI’s of aged quotations, conversion, acceptance of new quotations and rapid turnaround of critical failures.

The focus on achieving the set KPI’s remain paid on the individual post holders’ position but the drive for other estimators to achieve KPI performance is also to be focused on;

* Quotation backlog control

* Quotation conversion

* Timely actioning of new and Critical Fail quotations

Knowledge and Experiences

* Self-motivated with strong commercial focus, ability to work at a high level on DRS quoting platform and C4W

* Customer service orientated

* Technical knowledge of product base

* Good networker

* Proven track record of methodical and organised working practices to instil in others
