Job Description
Keid Consulting are representing a long standing client who are a major supplier to the Telecoms Infrastructure arena.
We are looking for driven individuals to provide a constant, smooth and efficient warehouse operation to ensure client free issue kit is recorded and issued in line with company processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
* To check items on delivery notes against what has been called off.
* To chase down equipment that has not been delivered
* To ensure all materials are ready for site in a timely manner.
* To submit DOA for faulty equipment.
* To use customer tools in the tracking and reporting of equipment.
* To asset transfer equipment when needed
* Train to a call off free issue equipment
* Management of free issue kit from project call off’s – Huawei / MBNL / H3G – to ensure kit arrives for start build
* Liaison with Build Managers & PM’s to build projected sites forecasts
* Management of MBNL IFS / Tracktrans systems to include FE’s correct usage of on-site APP
* Ongoing influence of best practise and continuous improvement of ARCC processes in relation to kit control
* Collaborative working with departments to ensure distribution services are in line with customer process & procedures
* Supporting Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Scheduling of kit collections
* Reporting of issues in timely manner of kit shortage to customer and asset transferring where needed through customer online portals
* Customer engagement through teams / email / phone with any free issue kit issues
* To undertake other duties not specifically stated which from time to time are necessary without altering the nature or level of responsibility

Skills – Essential
* Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
* Honest approach to work
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and specific in-house software e.g. SiteLive)
* Good level of maths and number skills
* Proven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment
* Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner
* Able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment
Experience
* Experienced in a telecommunications role
