Career Level Manager
Our client, a well known accreditation and membership organisation who are based in Central London, are looking for a switched on, dynamic and personable Events Assistant to work on their programme of both national and international events.
This is a very exciting opportunity who is looking to forge their career in the events space, and who is keen to learn and work on a variety of events, conferences, awards and seminars. This role will support the events team in delivering their events schedule, so excellent admin skills, attention to detail and a confident communication style is essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Varied research (venues / speakers)
* Travel logistics and booking
* Database management
* Inbox management
* Responding to delegate queries
* Keeping delegate information up to date
* General administration
