CQS accredited practice in West Sussex seeks a talented Residential Property Fee Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skillful fee earner specialising in residential conveyancing matters to join our client’s Lexcel-accredited firm in West Sussex. The successful candidate will independently handle their own caseload of conveyancing matters, providing bespoke client care at all times.

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction to post-completion

Sales and purchases

Freehold and leasehold properties

Help to buy

New builds

Re-mortgages

Transfers of equity

Liaising with clients and external professionals

Drafting documentation

The Candidate

Qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, and paralegals

Proven solid experience in residential property matters is essential

Confidently runs their own caseload, including HTB and new builds matters

Previous experience in dealing with case management systems is highly advantageous

IT proficient

Has excellent client care and communication skills
