Main duties:
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with new and existing clients
To deal with all clients' enquiries in a friendly and professional manner whilst meeting budgeted sales targets

Company profile:
Our client is an international company that specializes in specific technologies and manufacturing.

The Role:
– Be the main point of contact for inbound calls from French speaking customers
– Manage existing accounts and to ensure return business
– Promote products to new and existing clients over the phone
– Provide customers with detailed product information and quotations
– Process orders using the company's IT system
– Successfully work with external partners
– Study and understand relevant markets (customers, prospects and competitors)
– Identify new business leads and to convert prospects into sales

The Candidate:
– Fluent in French (written and spoken)
– Fluent in English both written and spoken
– Previous experience in account management or sales
– Excellent negotiation skills
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Team player
– Competent IT Skills (MS Office)

The Salary: around £33,000 pa OTE + benefits
