Job title: Fulfillment Responsible Project Manager-German speaking

Job location: Düsseldorf / Eschborn / Munich

Our client, a leading global ICT company is looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in business stragety, customer reloationsp and end to end project operations. This is a permanent role and German speaking is essential.

Responsibilities:

As the owner of the executor of business strategy, FR is responsible for customer demands management: insight into the customer network structure and customer demands, output the BP and delivery strategies accordingly.
Responsible for customer relationship management: includes but not limited to customer relationship build up, maintenance and the management of customer communication mechanism.
Lead the projects operation: Make the business plan and ensure the implementation of the delivery strategies and solutions. Lead the execution, find the solutions of possible disagreement and control the risks.
Responsible for the customer satisfaction: End to End follow and solve the request of customer, deal with all the non-technical issues and possible complaint from the customer and get them solved. Ensure the continuously improvement of customer satisfaction.Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in service and customer communication.
Minimum 5 years working experience in IT/IP project delivery
Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
Outstanding client facing and presentation skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization
Fluent German and English
Some business travel are required.
