Software Developer – Remote (UK) – GBP (phone number removed) DOE

My client is a well-established and exciting leader in their industry. They are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Software Developer to join their IT team of 11.

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and reusable software services. You will work closely with departmental managers and design team members to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies.

This role requires you to travel to Nottingham 4 times a year therefore, you will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Analyse user requirements
Produce clean, tested and efficient code based on specifications
Research, design and write new software services
Develop existing programs by analysing and identifying areas for modification
Integrate existing software products
Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses and accessing new applications.
Follow best guidance within an agile team.They are looking for developers who work with:

PHP/Laravel
