Job Description

We are recruiting a HR Manager on behalf of our customer based in Didcot. As a HR Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy to support the company’s current systems and future growth.

As a HR Manager your responsibilities will include;

* Building and Maintaining effective working relationships with managers and staff

* Developing internal and external networks to ensure that the best practice is applied

* Promoting equal opportunities, fairness, equality and inclusion

* Ensuring effective management of employee relations

* Working in partnership with staff to address employee issues and ensuring early resolutions where possible

* Working with managers to establish effective people management initiatives to support successful delivery of patient focused services

* Supporting and challenging managers in the application of HR policies and procedures

* Providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR issues

* Minimising risk and financial exposure

* Providing expert advice and support as required in disciplinary, grievance and job evaluation panels

* Deputising for directors as required to undertake delegated responsibilities at internal & external meetings and events

* Ensuring that all cases with the potential for organisational impact are escalated to company directors

The ideal candidate will have the following;

* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR Management is required

* IT proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

* Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written

* Ability to manage time and identify priorities

* Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations

* Strong leadership and decision-making skills

The Employment package on offer;

* £45,000 – £55,000 per annum DOE

* Hybrid working approx. 50/50 split

* 37.5 hours per week
