Career Level Manager
I am recruiting for an Incident Manager to work on a hybrid basis – 1 day in Bootle, 4 days remote.
ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE IS ESSENTIAL.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will have to work through an umbrella company.
You will have previously worked as an Incident Manager.
The role will ensure that incidents and activities undertaken to investigate are logged, and lessons are learned, through a post incident review process, to avoid any repetition and to improve future management actions.
This role will be very user/customer focused, mindful of the impact a major Incident has on business processes and activity and ensuring communication with all interested parties is paramount throughout the management of an incident.
Experience of leading and managing Major Incident and Incidents is essential.
You will have good oral and written communications and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
