We are currently partnering with an international law firm in their search for a ECF Collections Technician to work in the insurance groups of the firm. The purpose of the role is to collections support and work work with the wider finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that appropriate invoice debts are collected via the ECF collection platform

* Liaise with UK and Global credit controllers regarding billing best practice and

* information required to process collections via ECF

* Maintaining accurate notes on the credit control database which is used to keep a

* record of outstanding invoices and may be used to manage the scheduling of

* payment chasing

* Dealing with queries from case handlers, clients and other members of the Finance

Essential Skills & Experience

* Insurance market ECF collections experience, preferably within a law firm, underwriter or broking house environment

* Ability to communicate at a senior level

* Manage & prioritise an extensive caseload, while also meeting other ad hoc objectives

* Ability to recognise potential risks to the Firm that should be escalated

* A working knowledge of excel spreadsheets is required

* A working knowledge of 3E, elite collections (or similar) would be preferable

* Strong communication skills

The firm offer hybrid working 2 days in their London offices and 3 remotely
