Job Description
Internal Customer Account Manager
Up to £25k plus bonus of c£6k – Doncaster DN9 – 7.30am to 4.30pm Mon to Thurs, finish at 4pm on Fridays
As the Internal Customer Account Manager, you will:
Working closely with colleagues in Europe primarily Italy and Spain, building relationships with them and key contacts within each company communicating effectively over the phone, via email and skype, resolving incoming customer queries and challenges with positivity and professionalism.
Part of supporting Managers will include dealing with quote requests, system reports, meeting preparation and other sales focused tasks, updating the CRM accurately.
Providing the highest level of customer services as well as proactively calling customers to check on and improve their experience as well as unearthing sales opportunities, upselling and cross selling.
The successful Internal Customer Account Manager is expected to have:
Relationship building and communication skills, strong phone skills and active listening
Experience of working with technical or complex information
Track record of over-achieving targets with exceptional customer care
Ability to upsell and cross sell relevant items to increase sales revenue
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, ideally NetSuite experience
Also, it would be amazing if you could speak Italian or Spanish
