IT Support Technician, 1st and 2nd line support
Colchester outskirts (Must drive due to location)
£25,000 – £28,000 p.a.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer on the up. You’ll probably have one or two years’ experience and are ready for a little more autonomy, some more variety and a great mentor to take you to the next stage of your career.
We’ll give you bags of support, guidance, training, mentorship and enough space to make mistakes, after all it’s the best way to learn!
You’ll work with a small, close-knit team supporting around 250 users in different sites across the country from office workers to till operators, the CEO to a receptionist at a busy leisure facility. Always someone different with a new challenge to help across the company.
A driving license is a must as there may be occasional travel to sort out hardware issues but we’ll make sure you are well compensated and minimalise how often.
