IT Technician
Our client, a prestigious and established employer, based in Headington Oxford has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an IT technician.

Joining a team that prides itself at being the forefront of technology, the successful candidate will possess strong technical and organisation skills and will provide vital IT support across the business.

You will be entitled to a salary of £23-26k and will be entitled to a generous benefits package.

The Role
·Provide first response to queries and jobs raised to the IT services team through telephone calls and helpdesk entries
·Provide first-line fault finding and diagnosis
·Provide support and guidance for the ipad deployment
·Assist with the installation and configuration and maintenance of IT hardware/software
·Provide routine maintenance and service of IT/AV equipment
·Maintain user accounts and network permissions

The Ideal Candidate
·Experience within an IT role
·Experience using MS Server, Windows 10/11 and MacOS, iOS
·Knowledge of hardware, PC's, iPads and Macs
·Calm and understanding
·Efficient and Reliable
·Problem Solver
