The Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer in their field

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and order processing support

The Role:
– Process orders with company system (SAP)
– Manage credit check existing and new clients
– Deal with return process
– Book in goods and expedite purchase orders
– Provide customer support via mail and telephone
– Support sales teams with quotations for existing customers
– Respond general queries and provide information on existing orders
– Communicate actively with Sales Team, Supply Chain and Financial departments

The Candidate:
– Fluent in Italian (Oral, Written)
– IT literate, SAP knowledge
– Experience in similar Order Processing / Sales Support role is ESSENTIAL
– Excellent organisation and communication
– Precision and attention to detail
