Job Description

Role: Technical Lead Developer – Remote-Working

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading workforce management solutions provider, enabling large-scale business change through their service/product offerings. Being a large-scale and digitally advanced organisation, you will have the opportunity to work on technically innovative products to shape workforces for the better. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated Technical Lead who has technically guided a development team, with experience in Full-Stack Development. Experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks is required, and experience in Angular development is beneficial.

The position is a remote position, with a visit to their Birmingham Office for a team meeting roughly once a month. The role comes with multiple benefits, including Pension, Gym Membership, Rewards Portal/TasteCard, Health Assessments, and a 10% – 15% bonus.

The Role

Supported and mentored by the Development Manager, you will be overseeing the creation and maintenance of bespoke software developments and integrations, designing, building, and configuring. In conjunction with building high-quality Mobile and Web applications, you will contribute your experience and expertise to direct the development team with efficient code and troubleshooting, doing daily stand-ups, planning and architecture meetings to provide technical options for a given solution.

Experience:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with experience with Full Stack technologies, particularly JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (Angular is beneficial). Other beneficial key aspects of a successful applicant include:

Experience with SQL, REST, and SOAP
Understanding of SOLID/Object-Oriented design principles.
