Recruitment Solutions is proud to bring to market a Digital Marketing Manager role for one of our exciting clients based in Handforth, Cheshire.

The Digital Marketing Manager will strengthen the lead generation programme and they will be responsible for this next phase of growth across the UK, Canada and North America.

Reporting directly to the directors, you will be responsible for the delivery of the marketing function including all digital marketing channels. You’ll be expected to deliver online revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative and strategic marketing initiatives and ongoing website optimisation.

What You Will Do

As a marketing expert you will be responsible for :

* Direct channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)

* Email marketing and Lead Generation

* Data management

* Event co-ordination

* Internal and External PR

* Analytics

* Forecasting

* Website management

Experience and Skills

Candidates must possess the following skills and experience :

* Drive to deliver our strategy

* Confidence in meeting and negotiating with people at different levels in the company.

* Proven experience within a similar software organisation

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

* Strong time management and ability to prioritise own workload.

* Self-starter who works excellently without supervision.

* Good IT Skills – MS Office
