Career Level Manager
A full-service, fast-growing law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary join their office in London.
The successful candidate will provide support to an incredibly busy Partner and have experience supporting a Real Estate Finance team. Duties to include:
Typing documents, correspondence
Filing emails, documents and Archiving
Managing telephone and face to face contact with clients
Arranging conferences and meetings
Arranging complex travel
Completing conflict checks
Ensuring client file information is up to date
Dealing with invoices and expenses
Typing and amending agreements
Creating and updating client contacts This is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm
