Well-established firm in Buckinghamshire seeks a talented and skilful Family Legal Secretary on a full-time, hybrid working basis.
Our client, a successful practice in Milton Keynes, is looking to employ a dedicated Family Legal Secretary. The successful candidate will assist and support fee earners with their demanding caseload of family matters, whilst ensuring excellent typing and administrative skills.
Assisting and supporting fee earners specialising in family matters
General administrative duties
Audio and copy typing
Liaising with clients and other professionals
Scanning and photocopying
Welcoming visitors and clients
Legal secretaries with 1+ years of experience of working within a similar role
Has a good standard of education with effective Mathematics and English skills
Excellent communication and client care skills
Able to easily multi-task and work to tight deadlines
