Career Level Manager
Our client a leading law firm based in Bromley are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their busy team on a temporary basis until the end of August.
The successful candidate will provide efficient support to the Litigation department (and other departments, where required) to enable the department to operate at optimum efficiency. Duties to include:
Produce letters and documentation
Undertake digital dictation work
Daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files
Maintain databases where appropriate to do so
Undertake photocopying and filing, preparation of post and other related tasks
Take and receive telephone messages and make calls as directed
Ensure that notes and messages are recorded on the file, or given to appropriate fee earner
Attend clients both in person and on the telephone
Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain diaries for the department, or as required, including key dates.
Provide the administration department with client detail changes as required, in particular for accounts and marketing purposesThis is a full time role, working Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm

Available to work consistently throughout August
